OUR HISTORY

EXCELLENT CREDENTIALS

All our craftspeople possess highly respected industry qualifications ranging from BA (Hons) in Silversmithing, Goldsmithing and Jewellery Design from the University for the Creative Arts and DGA and FGA professional qualifications from The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.

Our director, David Valle, has received the extremely high honour of being made a freeman of the City of London. He received the freedom of the City on account of his nomination to the Guild of Goldsmiths, one of the most ancient of the guilds of the City of London. To achieve this, he needed to demonstrate an exceptional degree of excellence in a specialist field of jewellery. He was the first person ever to be nominated to the guild for the field of 3d CAD design.

In 1999, Gala Creations was established in Hatton Garden, London’s historic jewellery district, as a precious jewellery manufacturing company using traditional hand-made jewellery techniques.

Enthusiastically embracing the new technology of 3d computer-aided design for jewellery from its inception in the industry, we are now one of the UK’s foremost CAD jewellery design companies. Our unrivalled client list stretches from small boutique designers right up to most of UK jewellery’s premier household names. We are also pleased to count a number of international companies hailing from all corners of the globe amongst their number.

The exemplary standard of our work can also been seen from the number of awards that we have won through the years, both in precious jewellery design and CAD design.
