TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All goods whether digital or non-digital remain the property of Gala Creations Ltd until payment is received in full.

2. Mailings of waxes and non-castable resins are at the customer’s own risk.  Wax and non-castable resin prints which need to be reprinted due to damage or breakage during transit will be chargeable, as will any additional P&P incurred.   

3. Occasionally waxes fail to cast due to casting issues.  We take no responsibility for casting failures and wax reprints will be chargeable.

4. We offer a free drop-off service at local casting companies.  The supply of this service does not imply a recommendation to use their services.

5. Customers who opt to use the free drop-off service will deal with the casting companies direct.  We do not provide notification that waxes have been dropped off and all further communications about the castings should be conducted with the casting companies directly.

6. Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications.

7. Any changes you make to your bespoke job after we have been given the go-ahead to make it may incur a charge.

8. Bespoke goods, both digital and non-digital, which are delivered as described will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error.  Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with a bespoke order must be reported to us by email to sales@galacreations.com within 14 days of receipt.

9. Where text is incorporated into a CAD design or has been submitted for our laser engraving service, we do not take responsibility for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors.

10. Once designs are approved by clients, any further changes may incur a charge, including wax or resin reprints if applicable.  

11. We do not cover consequential losses incurred resulting from the use of our services.  

12. Clients to whom we have agreed to extend credit will be permitted 1 month of credit.  Invoices which are not paid within the month’s grace period will be liable to interest at 8% from the date of the invoice.

13. Some jobs require goods to be left in trust with us. Clients need to have their own insurance cover in place before leaving the goods with us.  

14. Goods left in trust with us will be disposed of if they remain uncollected 3 months after completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

15. We reserve the right to withhold goods left in trust until our invoice or invoices have been paid.  In the case that our invoice or invoices remain unpaid after 3 months and 3 requests for payment, we may sell or acquire goods left in trust as our own property in order to cover the cost of those invoices plus the cost of any interest arising from the non-payment of those invoices.   

16. Clients to whom we have agreed to extend credit will be permitted 1 month of credit.  Invoices which are not paid within the month’s grace period will be liable to interest at 8% from the date of the invoice.

17. The placement of an order implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions.
