3D DESIGN
All of our files are well built to the highest standards ensuring that thicknesses and dimensions are accurate - an ability that only comes with years of experience both in CAD and at the bench. We also take into consideration subsequent manufacturing processes such as whether the model is intended as a master or as a unique model.
If you have an item such as a ring or other piece to be copied, we are able to scan it with our high definition in-house scanners so that it is replicated exactly. Scanning is also invaluable for making a wedding ring or eternity ring to fit an existing engagement ring.
To receive a quote, please email your design to sales@galacreations.com. Once we get the go-ahead, we aim to complete design jobs in 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the model.

Keeping abreast of all the latest developments in this fast-moving industry is extremely important to us and we ensure that we use the latest technology and techniques for our clients’ cad designs.
Furthermore, each piece undergoes a thorough checking process upon completion to eliminate errors such as naked edges (a disconnect between surfaces). Sometimes, we even pre-print in resin to check the model is built correctly. In all cases, screenshots will be provided so that the client can be completely confident that the model looks as expected and, if needed, request any changes before it is finalised.
Weights, stone sizes and cost estimates can be generated from the CAD model, which is extremely helpful for pricing up models to the end-client.
After the 3d model is completed, if desired, we can either print it in wax or resin on one of our in-house 3D printers.
